Consorcio selected Modyo to accelerate the transformation of the institution’s channels - both public and private digital channels for mobile and web customers.
Following Modyo’s approach to quick, high impact wins our professional services and platform teams worked with Consorcio helping to identify an agile, high value roadmap. A special focus was placed on making life easier for customers to transact with Consorcio and better understand how Consorcio could add value to their unique needs.
The Modyo platform was used to manage multiple digital experiences and content across different business areas from insurance to wealth management. Modyo helped streamline multiple customer journeys such as how a client can simulate their pension to how clients can manage their insurance products.
Different user stories were implemented with Consorcio’s digital transformation team leveraging Modyo as the front end customer experience builder. A new architecture of reference was created with Consorcio to accelerate customer value using Modyo’s widgets and micro frontend architecture integrated with Consorcio’s microservices.
An Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud was deployed by Modyo to accelerate the time to value for the new digital channels. Modyo’s core expertise and 9 year investment in AWS helped Consorcio accelerate the first digital transformation objectives and key results.
