Challenge

Migrate the public and private web sites to the cloud and deliver a complete public and transactional site solution that consumes multiple microservices and gives autonomy within digital channels to commercial teams.

Solution

Leverage the cloud using Amazon Web Services to provide a single platform that manages and gathers data from multiple channels, which can be managed by administrators. Integrate with Key Cloak to implement a Single Sign On (SSO) to create seamless and secure user experiences.

Results

New public and transaccional sites that makes it easier for clients to gain information, solicit a microcredit and manage their finances. This has resulted in a 56% increase in average monthly page views on public site and a 42% increase in average monthly new users.
